We’re proud to offer specialized summer programs from June to August for children up to Kindergarten age with a focus on field trip, sports, arts and many other outdoor activities. Registration usually starts in May, but feel free to contact us and reserve a spot early! I originate from Pakistan, having immigrated to Canada in 2013. I have come to value the rich diversity of cultures and backgrounds within my community.
I firmly believe that all children are entitled to a secure educational environment that fosters their learning and development. Guided by this principle, I successfully graduated from Bow Valley College in 2015 with a diploma in Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC). I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and possess a Certification in Montessori Education.
Over the course of my career, I have accumulated more than 10 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. I have been employed at JSKL Kids R Fun Daycare since 2016, where I currently hold the position of Program Director and Lead. This daycare is not just a job; it has transformed into a lifestyle and a second home, inspiring passion and dedication in every moment spent here.
I am fortunate to have a beautiful and blessed family, which includes my husband, a wonderful daughter, and a lovely son. I am fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and English. I take pride in my multilingual abilities. Additionally, I have a passion for cooking, travelling, and reading, which enriches my life and experience.

My name is Leizelda Samsudeen. I am Early Childhood Educator (ECE). I started to work at JSKL Kids R Fun daycare since August 2019 and am currently working as infant educator.
I am from the Philippines. I have a bachelor’s degree in commerce banking and finance and a diploma of caregiver course back home. I am currently studying at Bow valley College in Early Childhood Education and Development. I can speak Tagalog and English. I am married and have a beautiful daughter.
I have a big passion for work and play with children. I treat children as my own and I believe they are unique.

I am Raseena Shoukkathali. I was born in Kerala, India. I graduated with a Teacher Training Diploma from India. I moved to Canada with my husband and four children in 2014. Prior to that, I worked as an elementary teacher for three years. I started my career as an Early Childhood Educator Level 1 at JSKL Kids R Fun. Presently I am pursuing my career to get my Level 2 at Bow Valley College. I am fluent in both English and Malayalam. My passion is working with young children, and I am elated to be a Educator in the infant room. This field is one I see myself thriving professionally and contributing to my community. My name is Fathima Farhana, originally from Southern India. I hold a master’s degree in pharmacy, over three years working as an Assistant Professor and entrepreneurial skills. I joined JSKL Kids R Fun as a Child Care Educator Level 1, in November 2023. My background in pharmacy and healthcare informs my approach to early childhood education, emphasizing the importance of children’s health, safety, and well-being. I believe that a solid foundation in wellness is crucial to a child’s overall development. Fluent in four languages—Telugu, Urdu, Hindi, and English help me to communicate with diverse families, ensuring an inclusive and enriching environment. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, painting, and crafting, which inspire my creativity and keep me balanced.
Work experience at JSKL Kids R Fun has sharpened my leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills, which I now apply in my work with the children, encouraging innovation and creative thinking in their learning environment. I strongly believe that early education plays a pivotal role in shaping children’s future. In light of this for my professional development I have acquired a Brain Story Certification. To this end, by combining my knowledge of healthcare, education, entrepreneurial experience, and passion for teaching, I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the children in my care.

Jr Toddler Room
I am Ms. Paramita, and I possess an Alberta, Early Childhood Educator Level 3. I have been working with JSKL Kids Fun since 2016 and have 8 years of working experience with children. I am from west Bengal, India, and completed my master’s degree in Bengali & comparative literature and a Bachelor of Education. I love reading novels, travelling, journaling and travelling and journal writing. I also love painting using watercolors, acrylic and oil and mural painting. I have many hobbies, but the most rewarding is spending time with my family including my husband and wonderful son.
We relocated to Canada in 2015, as part of a large extended family, the move created some loneliness. My son was enrolled at JSKL Kids Fun and during his drop off and pick up, I decided that this may be a place where I could enjoy working. I made the decision and have no regrets. I love being surrounded by little children, hearing their laughter and giggles, and being hugged by them. The greatest reward is when you can work with your full heart in a loving place as we consider our workplace as our second home. I am truly grateful to have this second home, “JSKL Kids R Fun Daycare” in my life.

My name is Bibi Khadija Sadiqi. I was born in Afghanistan. I graduated from Hadia Teacher Training college and was employed for three years as a teacher back home. I came to Canada in 2019 with my daughter to join my husband. I joined JSKL Kids R Fun Daycare in 2022 as a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator. I am passionate about working with children. I speak five languages: Dari, Pashto, Urdu. Hindi and English. My hobbies are art, cooking, makeup and hair stylist.
My working experience both back home and in Canada have allowed me to develop new skills in the early learning environment. I feel now that I am better equipped in my teaching practice. The working environment as JSKL Kids R Fun has allowed me to establish positive relationships with both staff, children and families. JSKL Kids R Fun Daycare is a place where I have learnt to pursue my professional development and to create a positive impact in the lives of children.

Hello everyone,
My name is Nelu Rana, and I am from India. I come from a family of four, including myself, my husband, and our two children, a son and a daughter.
I am fluent in four languages: English, Nepali, Hindi, and Bengali. In India, I had the privilege of working as an assistant teacher for a kindergarten class, which sparked my passion for early childhood education.
Currently, I am working as Level 2 at JSKL Kids R Fun .I have been with JSKL Kids R Fun since 2016, giving me nearly nine years of professional experience, which will mark a decade in 2025.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking, baking, knitting, listening to music, and singing. These hobbies allow me to express my creativity and bring joy into my everyday life.

I’m Rhea C. Calaro, Early Learning Educator Level 2. Born and raised in the Philippines. Pursued a bachelor’s degree in education from my home country. I also have a diploma in Medical Office Assistant. I speak three languages, English, Tagalog and Ilocano. I have eight years experience working in the Early Childhood environment. I joined JSKL in June 2024. I am passionate to work with children since I had prior experience teaching back in the Philippines. I believe that the early development of a child’s life is important and would like to make a significant contribution in the lives of young children. Additionally, because I firmly believe in one proverb in the bible that says: “Train up a child in the way he should and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

My name is Miss Sandeep, originally from India. I have been working as an Early Childhood Educator Level 3 for over 3 years at JSKL Kids R Fun. My philosophy to work with children is building strong emotional connections with them and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth.
Furthermore, I studied pre-medical courses in High School. My family consists of five people, my supportive parents, brothers and sister. My hobbies are reading, learning, listening to music, traveling & spending intentional time with family, friends and the Lord.

Hello, my name is Tsering Dolma, and I am originally from Nepal. My home country is often called the “roof of the World” for its breathtaking landscapes and the Majestic Mount Everest, the highest peak on Earth. I am an Early Childhood Educator Level 2 from Bow Valley College. Currently I am enrolled in my final semester of the diploma program. I joined JSKL Kids R Fun in 2016, and I have had the privilege of working with children of all age groups, and I absolutely love it. Besides this, I completed a course in hotel management in Nepal.
My beautiful family are my two sons, daughter and my lovely husband. I am fluent in English, Nepali, Tibetan, and Hindi. My interests are dancing, singing, making people laugh, gardening and watching media series. I chose the childcare field because of my disposition of being calm, patient and flexible. Most of all I have a big heart for children.

Hi, my name is Estrella, and I am Jr Preschool Childhood Educator Level 2. I joined JSKL Kids R Fun in March 2020, and have over 8 years working experience. Fluent in both English and Filipino.
Originally from the Philippines, I moved to Canada in 2016. I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) with EMT Emergency Medical Technician and Caregivers certification from St Dominic College of Asia Additionally, I have a partial degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Philippines Women University.
I’m a joyful mom, blessed with two young adult children, daughter, son and a loving husband. I ‘m friendly, have a good sense of humor, flexible, and easy-going. I enjoy traveling and discovering new places, meeting new people, and experiencing new things. Working with children is enjoyable. I admire their inquisitive minds, and their curiosity allows me to have meaningful conversations with them. In the learning environment, I love when we laugh and learn together. I value children’s small achievements, independence which I believe should be encouraged and rewarded.

My name is Gina Castillo, and I am originally from the Philippines. I came to Canada in January 2013 as a private caregiver. I hold a Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN) and a National Certificate 2 in Caregiving (NCII). I have over eight years of experience working in daycare and began working at JSKL Kids R Fun Daycare as an ECE Level 2 in June 2021. I truly enjoy working with children, and I love my current job. I am fluent in both Filipino, my first language, and English. I have a family of four which includes my husband and our two daughters. I believe that each child is unique and creative. As an ECE, my role is to support their learning by providing safe and nurturing environment at JSKL.

I am Giselle Amedee, known as Teacher Geegee. I am from the beautiful Caribbean Island of St.Lucia. Before I moved here, I worked for the Sustainable Development and Environmental Department of the Government of Saint as An Ozone Assistant officer which is responsible for implementing the Montreal Protocol at the national level. I am also a Certified Medical Office Assistant.
My first language is English, along with the Saint Lucian Creole (that is French based creole language). My passion is computer graphics, travelling and the outdoors. I am happily married, with two children.
Presently I’m a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator. Working with children inspires me because I am always in awe at their inquisitiveness, genuine heart and carefree spirit. My experience of thirty years of working with children in various settings has taught me to think outside the box, for a child to grow and develop in the learning environment. As an educator I am patient, a good listener, empathetic and most of all having a big heart. I hold a master’s degree in mathematics and a Bachelor of Education, both from India. I am originally from Punjab, India, and I’m fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English. I joined JSKL Kids R Fun in 2023, bringing in my strong passion for Mathematics and teaching. In pursuit of my professional development, I have acquired a Brain Story Certification by the Province of Alberta. Presently I am enrolled in Alberta’s Early Learning and Care Framework course.
My interests and hobbies revolve around teaching children practical skills, as I believe hands-on learning is essential for their development. I enjoy working with
children because everyday I learn from them and their curiosity and engagement brings meaningful experiences to my teaching practice.
I value health, and I believe that healthy mind and body help in child’s development. Therefore, I incorporate yoga and dancing in their daily activities.

My passion for working as a Child giver ignited in Canada in 2005 after completing an English course at the Bow Valley College.
